America lives on credit, loans, etc. Don't contribute to that negatively! Our dollar is already in the slump. Having said that, I am looking to buy some land in Pittsburgh area right now. Any recommendations? Need plenty of area to eventually build a house. Good luck with setting everything up. Can't wait to check out the digs sometime when I'm in the area. The mortgage payments would be forced savings. You'd be able to write off the mortgage interest as business expenses because you work from home.
