I need Energy!

It seems lately like I do not have enough energy to get things done.  Usually it’s not that I don’t have time it’s that I don’t feel like doing it.  This is my problem…I am very tired all the time.  I have tried various energy drinks, red bull, bawls, amp, etc and they really do not seems to keep me going.  You may think that it is because of what I eat, but I usually eat salads, steaks, chicken, pasta, etc.  A good mix of everything.  I may need for vitamins?  I’m really not sure, but it’s not good to feel like crap every day!  Does anyone know of any types of vitamins or drinks that can keep me going?  Let me know, thanks!

Might want to have your iron checked, you could have a deficiency. That’s what happened to my girlfriend.

Also, it’s almost winter. You don’t get a winter depression at all, do you?

I had iron deficiency problem once, and yeah, I couldn’t concentrate on anything and felt the lack of energy constantly. I recommend you eat food that contains a lot of iron. I would not recommend taking an iron pill because that will make you feel really icky for like 8 hours.

But if you do have anaemia, I recommend you go see a doctor first.

You need to cut down on the sex. That will give you more energy.

Exercise and drink more water. Even walking 20 minutes a day might help. Good luck:)
