In Myrtle Beach for a Week

If you follow me on Twitter you know that I’m at the beach! Finally a much needed vacation! Last year I really didn’t get much of a vacation at all, I mean I did go on the CST mountain adventure, but that was only a weekend and it was only about an hour outside of Pittsburgh. This time I’m at the beach 11 hours away from Pittsburgh! Earlier in the year when my friends talked about the trip I was totally excited about it because I haven’t been to the beach in 2 years! We are staying in North Myrtle Beach, which is in on the South Carolina coast.

We are not staying right on the beach, but on the bayside. Many people like to stay on the beach, but we are not in a hotel room we have a full-sized house! This house is extremely nice and is only a 5 minute drive to the beach. It gives us a nice place to relax and get away from the craziness of the beach. Also we have a full kitchen, etc so we are not eating out every day of the trip.


I have been here since Friday and I love it so far. Since it is a really relaxing atmosphere I can still get work done and not be all stressed out. We plan on staying till Thursday or Friday. The weather has been nice and the beach is awesome! Be sure to follow me on Twitter as I will be updating it a lot during the trip!

    I would have rented a beach house by the beach if I were to rent a place. Since you’re spending a bit of money renting a house, it may be worth it to pay more :)

    Awesome. Have a good time, bro. For your next vacation, I suggest you travel somewhere internationally. I find that a lot of Americans like to visit other American cities, but there’s a whole wild world out there for you to explore!

    The house look great but price for that kind of suite ;) must be not very optimistic. I would say that I would not believe that this house was cheap. I would even move there if it was possible. Awesome place to spend vacation. Sometimes you book a great looking place using Internet but in real world it looks totally different. Instead of great suite you get a hole with free insects included. Cool that got the best.

    I love Myrtle beach, but I am more fond of Hilton Head, But everyone has their the beach they and all their friends go to.
