Lulu’s Noodles
- 10 Comments... What do you have to say?

Now Lulu’s does not just serve Vietnamese style food they serve a mix of Chinese, Korean, and Thai. The menu is quite large and they do specialize in bubble tea. I decided to get the Pho because we were originally supposed to go to Pho Minh anyways.

The Pho was good, not bad for a more mainstream place. It was definitely better than my first Pho, but not as good as Pho Minh. I want to go back to Lulu’s and try many of their other dishes because it is one of the only places in Pittsburgh where you can get those dishes.

After that night with you, Colin, and Sabastien… my girlfriend and I went down there because she had a craving. I got the Pho again and it seemed much more complete this time, with things like the bean sprouts. I wonder if we just chose a bad night.
But a lot of their food is really good, it’s just always busy there.
Personally, I just can’t get myself to eat pho at a place that also serves bubble tea. It’s just not right.
Dude, that bowl of noodles looks as good as the $1.99 mega size noodles that I got at the Chinese Grocery store. At least after I’m done, I get to throw away the styrofoam container. Noodle FAIL…if there is such a thing.
Hmm…That picture really makes me salivating! Looks delicious. Seems Lulu will be your favorite restaurant.
if you EVER come out to cali, we’ll go get proper pho too in westminster.
yummmyyyyyyy
Yes Ms. Danielle. You need to stop Bob from getting fooled by all the places created to trick white people
Rule of thumb, Bob. NEVER go to a restaurant that serves more than one kind of Asian cuisine. If they do dim sum and Cambodian, that’s a good indication that you probably shouldn’t eat there. Chinese and Korean are two ENTIRELY different cooking styles…and Thai is even more different than that. There aren’t any places on the planet that can do all those well at the same time.
Get your ass to Vancouver. We’ll show you some real food.
Yeah, or I’ll bring a box of Ramen Noodles and toss them at you
It’s Pittsburgh, though. Pitt and Carnegie Mellon are filled with so many Asian folk, it’s ridiculous. Oddly, there really aren’t that many Asian restaurants in the immediate area.
You bring your Ramen Noodles to Pittsburgh, and I’ll… uhh… bring… stuff… nevermind.
ooo my first comment!
i LOVE lulu’s! i usually only get pad thai there.. i find everything else too rich for my liking. have you been to tram’s kitchen? another vietnamese place further down on penn avenue. i’ve never gotten pho there, but their fresh spring rolls are amazing. i need to visit your blog more often lol.
