		<description>I completely agree about making lists.  I have a huge dry-erase board above my desk, and I write down everything I want to get done today.  I don't generally write down only what "must" get done, rather the things I am hoping to accomplish.  I erase each item as I finish it, and make my goal each day to clear the board, as opposed to stressing about each individual task.
