The Day Finally Came…

Well it is already November, and a few days ago we had the first snow of the year! This picture above is what I woke up to out of my bedroom window. I honestly hate winter! I’m not a big fan of snow and I really do not like the cold either. Also driving in the snow is just horrible. The winter does help me out though. Because it is crappy out I do not have the urge to go out and do other things instead of work. I can easily be focused and not have to worry about going out so much.
On the other hand cold weather usually means I will get sick at least once if not more. Getting sick really does not make anyone feel like doing anything and it is really hard to concentrate on work. Also the winter months usually mean it is going to be gloomy out, which really does not help things either.
So the snow can help and hurt me, but I would rather live somewhere that it does not snow and it is sunny all year around. Any suggestions?

You suck! Winter rules!! Snow is one of the prettiest things in nature. Anyways, snow/cold doesn’t make people sick, it’s the fact that everyone is inside more so there’s more bacteria/germs inside then outside.

It looks like you got a lot more snow than I did. There was more snow on the ground than the roofs, but that still melted rather quickly.
I hope we get some snow in Flanders this winter
We don’t get a lot of snow over here and if it snows it’s usually gone pretty quick. I think the last time we got a lot of snow was in 2004..

Give me winter all the year round! It is summer i hate and i mean i HATE summer. If you spent summer in India you would hate it too. I am so relieved winter is here. snow over sweat any day i say!
This picture looks awesome. I am sure winters would be really tough to handle. But the picture looks just too beautiful.

I have never seen snow for real. I have lived in Florida most of my life. I would love to see snow just once. You are so lucky.
